Calling all Blackhawk Football Players,
We will be holding two session for off season strength and conditioning for the remainder of the school year. Our first session will be the breakfast Club going from 7:30-8:30. Our Second daily session will be held at 2:30-3:30 following class. These two session will run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday focusing on improving strength and athletic performance. I do know many of you are competing in other sports and I cannot encourage that enough. In the off season we have a simple expectation, you are competing in another sport or you are training with your teammates. Many of you are competing now and I wish you the best as you get into the full swing of things for season 2 and 3. If you have any questions please let me know.
